ASTC Services (AST Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.) handles personal data belonging to two groups: representatives of client companies, and candidates considered for search mandates. This policy explains what we hold and why.
What we collect
From clients: name, business contact details and the information you send us about a role. From candidates: CV, career history, compensation information where you choose to share it, and notes from our conversations and reference checks.
How we use it
Client information is used to run the mandate you engage us for. Candidate information is used to assess suitability for specific roles. We never share a candidate's CV or details with a client without that candidate's explicit permission, and we never share client names, briefs or search details publicly without written permission.
How long we keep it
Candidate records are retained while they remain relevant to our sectors, and are removed on request. Client records are retained for the duration of the relationship and for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to dushyant.arya@astcservices.com and we will respond within 30 days.
