Because the category moves quickly, we look for candidates with a demonstrated record of adapting a strategy in real time — someone who has actually changed course in response to a shift in customer acquisition costs, a platform algorithm change, or a competitor’s pricing move, not just someone who has written a strategy deck.
Mandates here range from a first senior commercial hire for an early-stage digital business to leadership team builds for e-commerce operations scaling into new categories or geographies.
