Logistics
Logistics leadership hiring is about finding people who can solve for the boring, unglamorous middle of an operation — the part that determines whether promises made to customers are actually kept. Our work orchestrating a leadership transformation at DTDC, one of India’s largest logistics networks, is a representative example: the mandate wasn’t for a flashy strategist, but for an operations leader who could fix serviceability across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
We recruit operations directors, network and distribution leadership, and general managers for logistics, courier and supply chain businesses. Candidates are assessed on their track record improving concrete operational metrics — delivery reliability, cost per shipment, network utilisation — and on their ability to manage a large, often franchise-based, field workforce.
Given how execution-dependent this sector is, we weight demonstrated operational judgment well above strategic pedigree alone.
